Dr Su Xiao Li Dr. Su-Xiao Li received her western medicine training from China The 4th Military Medical University and graduated as a M.D. in 1975. She studied traditional Chinese medicine in the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her specialty was completed at Beijing District Army General Hospital in 1983. Professional expertise in Acupuncture and Moxibustion were demonstrated at the 262 Beijing Army Hospital where 12 years of practice were devoted to care and consultancy in the ear, nose and throat (ENT) department. She conducted research on ear acupuncture with herb remedies for allergic rhinitis. Her work was published at the National Annual Conference of the Otolaryngological Society in 1985 and won an award.

In 1986 Dr. Li began study Energy Medicine which research project to develop a multi purpose health assessment and treatment called the Vital Message Therapeutic Device based on Chinese meridian theory. With this Vital Message Therapeutic Device, she assessed, treated and monitored many patients and received unexpected good therapeutic effects if they were treated by the conventional medicine. She has successfully treated edema of cancer patients, stroke, diabetes, autoimmune diseases and cataracts etc. and other difficult to treat illness.

Dr Jian Hua Li One of the primary founders of the center, Dr. Jianhua Li studied in Suzhuo Medical College, Suzhuo, China from 1977 and got his MD degree on 1982. Since then has engaged in clinical practice and research in diagnosing and treating cancer utilizing radiation and nuclear medicine in Tongji Medical University, Wuhan, China. On Feb 1992, he has been invited as a Visiting Scholar to do Cancer research in the Cancer Center, University of California, Davis, United States. From1995 to 2007, he worked as a molecular biologist and Research Oncologist at Department of Radiation Oncology/Experimental Therapeutics, Princess Margaret Hospital/Ontario Cancer Institute, University of Toronto, Canada responsible for the research and the development of “Cancer Gene Therapy Drugs”.


In this period, Dr. Li has developed a new type of Gene Therapy drug using targeted to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lymphoma, and published his research work in many high-level medical journals. His achievement and contributions in the field of cancer gene therapy have gained him an international reputation.

Dr Chen Shou Chun Mr. Shou-chun Chen, 1982, graduated from Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medical College (Now the Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medical University) and received a Bachelor Degree and specialized in the Traditional Chinese medicine.

He worked for 6 years at the Department of Traditional Chinese medicine and the wards that combined the Chinese and Western medicine in the Shanghai the First People’s Hospital. His was highly praised by the patients and hospital staff for his responsible attitude and excellent skills.

1989, Mr. Chen immigrated to Canada. Since then he has treated patients by acupuncture, nutrition, psychology and Chinese herbal therapy and teaches Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto.

Dr Su Ya Li Dr. Su-Ya Li received her medical degree from the Bethune Medical University, China in 1976. She was a resident at the Department of Infectious Disease in Beijing Navy General Hospital in from 1976 to 1984. In 1982 she had post-graduate training in the Traditional Chinese in Navy Ministry of Health in Beijing China. She became a Vice-Chief Physician from 1984 to 1987 in the Department of Immunology in the Navy General Hospital in Beijing. She gained solid clinical experience in both Western and Traditional Chinese medicine.

1987-1988, she worked in the Vital Message Institute in Shanghai China and using the Vital Message Monitoring and Therapeutic treatment to treat diabetes, stroke, cancer and other diseases. She conducted animal laboratory experiments in conjunction with human clinical research in the study of the Vital Message therapy.

Dr Chang Qing Li Dr. Chang-Qing Li (Lily) graduated from Medical School of the Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 1977, where she received full training in both Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

She had worked in Xi’an Central Hospital and the Beijing Tie Lu General Hospital in China for 15 years acquiring more clinical experience.

Dr. Li went to England in 1992 and practiced acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at a Chinese health center in London, She treated many complicated cases. In 1995, She came to Toronto, Canada and worked for Dr. Fred Hui’ clinic, a family physician, for 4 years as an Acupuncture specialist and Herbalist.

Dr Lu Ying Dr. Lu-Ying Yang received her medical degree in 1975 from China the Fourth Military Medical University where she was trained in both Western and Traditional Chinese medicine.

She finished 3 year residency in the Internal Medicine in the 261 Hospital in 1978 in Beijing. Then in 1981 she received a Master of Medicine degree in Clinical cardiology in the Third Military Medical University, China and was specialized in Cardiology. Soon after, she worked as a staff cardiologist in Beijing District Army General Hospital. In 1983, through an extensive national exam by the Ministry of the Public Health of China, she came on top of the specialty and was awarded the World Health Organization Fellowship to visit the hospitals abroad, she came to Canada.
